UV-like-Jem

Hey, did they ever make a Jem like the UV777BK? I've seen the JEM7DBK, but I want something without that weird paint job, the Light Without heat logo, and those awesome pyramid inlays.

There's never been a JEM with the exact cosmetics of the UV777BK. There have been a couple similar to it, perhaps the closest is the JEM7PBK. All the JEMs that have been available (with the exception of the newest blue one) can be seen HERE in the guitar gallery.

That is something that I'm looking for, except for that monkey grip. I don't really care for the ones with the rounded-finger-cutouts in them, and I really don't like the striaght ones with that. I could probably buy a chrome pickguard (somewhere), and I can do without the Light Without Heat logo. Cool axe though!

The Jem10th is pretty close to the 777BK, but the ingraved aluminum pickguard on the 10th is not the same as the chrome pickguard on the 777BK...also, the UV777BK has the Light Without Heat symbol behind the bridge.

Not too hard to find a place that could add a light without heat logo to an existing black jem for you

Well, i think the 777VBK is closer to an UV7BK than the 7PBK...and beautier.

Whooops!Read UV7BK in spite of UV777BK. Sorry Jono!
Let´s try again. The most similar is an RG550ex. They´re are almost equal...of looks. Quality in not that similar, but is not a bad guitar.
