UV7BK has joined my family - GAS alert

At $650 (6900SEK) I bought my first 7-string ever today. It's a Uv7bk that has seen some playing. I never planned on this but I felt pity for myself as I have dentist appointment tomorrow morning.

There is some wear and tear. A rather large chip in the fretboard at the 12 fret, some fret-wear and a few small dings on the headstock. I didn't get the original case unless these was shipped with very low quality cases. I did however get the original allen wrenches.

I would guess that it's a '90 as its serial number is as low as 000063. It's got the original Edge 7 (I thought only lopro existed).

Gotta play...

Salem, Congrats on the UV!!! I recently picked up my first seven string as well...a UV77MC. That seventh string is pretty cool, it gives extra versatility and really expands the horizons of guitar playing. It is a bit weird changing back and forth between a six and seven string (at least for me it is) but I'm sure we'll get used to it. Keep Rockin' *--rvj

Thanks guys!
Yes, I have received it. I picked it up yesterday and kept playing till late last night. I can't say that I agree with 7 dying trees that it is very good looking. I'd trade it with rvj's MC any day  but it plays like a Ferrari and that's what's most important to me.

This weekend will be spent walking through Rich clean-it document. It's almost x-mas and my family needs a bath

I love the UV7BK, despite myself....it's a little too plain, but something about the looks just do it for me....my fave UV is the UV777BK of course, but the UV7PWH and UV7BK run really close....I would say a UV77MC, but I know I'll never be able to afford that! *

Hey Walle, Sure I'm happy with the guitar. Actually, I'm extatic
I saw your ads on gmf for the PWH. If you sell it you're gonna be totally out of UVs. You sure that's a good idea?

BTW: I think Jay Satriani should buy it
