Well, to start with, there is no pickup covers, they are the actual color of the pickups. But the UV7BK isn't really bright green, it's not a neon, none of the green pickups or knobs on any of the JEM/UVs are a neon, they are bright, but not that bright. My guess is you won't find any that are brighter for you than factory. And the green pickups don't fade
