VAI2K DNA JEM "TRIBUTE" finally completed!

Hi all; just thought I'd share the final results. I started this project back in November and couldn't have gotten here from there w/o the artistry, craftsmanship, knowledge and expertise of:

- Herc Fede (Fede Designs), a proud new father, provided the body and swirled another masterpiece. Thanks Herc!

- Pat Wilkins (Wilkins Custom Guitars) expertly sprayed the clear coat.

- Ernie (ET Guitars) executed his first ever DNA "blood vesicle" AANJ neck. Ernie's also working on a LNG tribute (body & neck) for me... I'll post those results once complete (Aug/Sept). Ernie's been the most incredibly laid back and good humored bloke... the close up speaks to his skill. Thanks Ernie!

- Rich Harris (Ibanez Rules) provided most of the parts and was a great resource.

- Jay at Buffalo Brothers Guitars performed final assembly and set-up. Awesome job Jay!

- And off course, JEMSITE and all of you... your articles and posts have been informative and inspiring.

At long last, a DNA that I can afford to own and play, AWESOME... thanks!!!

Congrats! Looks great! Happen to have any larger pics? Especially like the neck. At least from the small pictures, it seems to be one of the nicest "Jem copy" necks I've seen around here.

Looks great but why are the pictures so small? and we need more.
Don't use the attach files option, just copy the line from photobucket that say "img" under each picture and put it in your post.

IMHO nowhere near an ATD swirl, but the neck looks excellent.

ET did a great job on that neck looks just like an authentic. How does the neck feel?
The Herc inspired DNA swirl looks great. I have a Herc inspired DNA swirl also I love it I need to get the NOS green knobs myself I have the same green knobs as you.
I'd love to get a DNA neck but I do love my super wizard neck though. I'm just going to go with Green Dots when I have the funds to put more money into it. I'm still waiting on a second swirl from Herc which I can't wait to get.

very nice, Ernie did a great job on that neck and inlay.
the original DNA is a little too understated and that brings out the inlay features nicely.
