Want a JEM so badly

HI guys and girls, this is my first post on these forums so please be nice
OK basically I want to get a JEM guitar but realistically all I can afford is a 555 which I've read is crap and that you can't really class it as a JEM. I really want to get a JEM with a crazy design on it, but a proper one, not a 555. What places would you recommend I can look for a second/ third etc hand JEM for under £1000. My max budget is £1200.
Before replying please note i'm British so don't list any American sites etc.

hey man, welcome to the jem world I recently bought a JEM7DBK on ebay for around £600 including all shipping charges. Look in the classified forum here or on ebay first. Don't get a 555, go for a 'real' JEM if you can.
