Weird Sound on UV777BK

Hey guys, I have something here which has got me stumped. On the high E string there is a weird vibrato kinda sound when fretted on 12th fret and up to the 15th (or 16th...sometimes it does it, sometimes not). What could be the cause of this? I've heard it through several people's rigs so it can't be in the line somewhere. HELP!

Swap the e and the b saddles and see if it goes away [after tightening down the saddle to test that first]

Mine is on the G-string 12th to 24th (not THAT G-string arrh-arrh).

Man I feel kinda dumb right now, it was just a slightly loose saddle. Thanks Rich.
