well, I did it. I'm having the sustainer put in....


my glorious jem. I hope it doesn't just ruin the tone of the guitar, considering the routing. we shall see. I'll put up some pics/clips when I get it back.

By the way, I would like to know if installing the sustainer implies changing the pickup, because if losing 1 original pickup is a price to pay.... I'd say no to the sustainer...

Yeah, the neck pickup has to go...

But, what im far more concerned about is the routing to the body...

If anyone is interested...I had mine done about a year ago, and the guy that did it put some pictures on his website - shows the routing work.

If my eyes dont deceive me, thats a Sustainiac, right? routing for the Fernandes should be bigger (as far as i know)...
