Where to get all black hardware for a 7VWH?

Howdy, I am purchasing a Jem 7vwh within the next few days and what I really really dig is how Evo in one of the picture's found at this link has all black hardware rather than gold. http://www.dvd-critic.net/files/stev...yer_interview/ I was wondering where you could purchase a black Tremelo, Tuning Machines, and nut clamps(?), for a Jem 7vwh? Also, do any silver pickguard/pickup screws fit a Jem or do you need to make a special purchase of them as well? Lastly, does anyone know around how much this operation would cost? In my opinion that guitar looks even more amazing with black hardware and seeing that picture has really gotten me intrigued with this idea. Thanks a ton for information and if this is in the wrong section then feel free to move it!

Hey!

Welcome to the site! Check the "Classified" section...there is usually a used Cosmo Black tremolo on there every once in awhile. If you were to buy all new parts, your best bet would be to click on the Ibanez Rules banner on the top of your page- Rich can get it all for you (probably has stock too!) I'm guessing around $350 or so for all Cosmo Black stuff. I did the same thing on my last 7VWH and it looked great!

By the way...if you decide to sell your gold hardware, drop me a line! I need a set.

Thanks,
Chris

These guys beat me to it...

I was going to say that it won't cost you a dime to swap it out other than shipping. Post a "For Trade" ad and select from the masses (I'm not kidding, especially when you're offering primo gold hardware) that email you.

Oh, and where were you three months ago when I was tearing my hair out looking for someone to trade with me? LOL

Thanks for the responses - one question though. I can get a black Lo-Pro, right? I don't one a massive trem, I like the Lo-Pro.
