Who fits pyramids in the UK

Simple question,who in the UK installs pyramids to necks?

Anyone had it done with any pics to show?

I am thinking of fitting them to my 77BRMR,but ive not seen any fitted to one,and was interested to see some fitted.

And what would look best,mirrored inlays,abalone or others?
