why my jem noise ?

why my jem 7 vwh very noisy whenever i switch into the middle pickup (middle of the 5 selector)

Single coil, non hum cancelling pickup, just like a Strat. When you combine it with either humbucker, the middle pickup becomes one half of a humbucker, along with the split off coil of the neck or bridge pickup (reverse winding, reverse polarity), so the guitar is hum cancelling in 4 out of 5 positions.

and its 100x worse if your near a TV, flourecent lights, or your computer CRT monitor, Dimmer lights or anything like that , that gives off EM radiation.
