Will Jem7VWH back plates fit a Jem777DY?

It looks like they would, but I wanted to make sure before I bought them. I am repainting a 777DY and wanted to get the pearl pickguard & matching rear plates from the 7VWH. If anyone can confirm that they would fit that would be great.

Nice job with neck repair, was the fretboard coming away too? How did you remedy it if so?

it was coming away a little, so i carefully put a bit of glue in the gap. the fretboard only came away when you pulled back on the headstock, that's the picture you saw. it wasn't a big problem.
