The J customs of the 90's in Mint condition are worth around $3 to $5k in my opinion, depending on rarity, and how sort after it may be. anything over 5k is way out of hand...

The only reason it could go for 7k is that its a one off.. But that also brings in its own issues, as being a 1 of means there are none to compare it to value wise...

Id buy it if I had money, just cause its a 90's J custom with a theme to it, not just another coffee table stained in a color

anything after 3k on a j custom regardless of its time period (exculding the few that have personal history/beauty) is way over priced.

I mention time period, because its the only time j customs came out with special finishes... So it makes a difference.. And id pay a bit over 3k for this particular guitar, if i had tge money...

Honestly, I think it looks a bit silly. It reminds me of those really goofy looking ESP customs with a skull for a body. I think he's overshooting himself a bit by asking $8K

I'm torn as well. I like the one off thing, but wow, that's a TON of money. I also can't decide whether or not it's cool.
