2002's RG 3120 vs. 2005's RG 3120 Prestige

I have an offer for both guitars:

one mint 2002's RG 3120 TW and
one mint 2005's RG 3120 FDAM (which will get different Pickups).

Which of these is better? Sounds better, better woods, etc.?

Other aspects?
