Re: 2007 Prestiges?

I am sure the ZR is fine. But Ibanez needs to give people a choice.

They should offer a ZR S or a EdgePro S or a hardtail.

I think it will be good.

S7, RG8, the V, and possibly BRMR replacement. Tak mentioned a Destroyer model, but I don't know it was for this year.

Is there definately a V-shaped guitar being released, like the one they exhibited at last Winter's NAMM?

Why? If the ZR is fine, why would you want the choice of an EP instead? I don't see people clamouring to get a ZR on an RG, but no one cares about the 'lack of choice' there, do they? Hardtail might be a nice option (though personally I'd prefer a trem).

YES YES YES

Gimmie!

I'll be over the moon if they expand the RGA line a bit.

A fixed bridge S would be cool actually, although you'll probably stepping on the SA series' toes there.

Because some don't like the ZR. Some like the EP better. Again, nothing wrong with choice.

And in co-ordination with that, I think they should offer ZR trems on RG's as well.

So whoever prefers whichever trem, they can have whatever style body, whenever they want ^_^

Say that ten times fast...

Re: 2007 Prestiges?

I can understand how hard it would be to cater to crazy requests, but Ibanez really needs to offer basic options like body wood and finger board options.

Re: 2007 Prestiges?

And bride options. Most ALL guitar companies have a hard-tail/trem version. And most of the time you can choose different FR trem styles.

Ibanez used to offer Neck sizes and pickup configurations on their guitars. At the time anyone that wanted a Ibanez played trem so...

But yeah, they need to get back to that.

A new USA custom shop would be killer. I would pay a good bit for a Ibanez I could make from scratch.

Re: 2007 Prestiges?

I'd be happy if they would just bring the superwizard back to the S series.

Re: 2007 Prestiges?

any chance for 20th annyversary RG ?
what in my mind :
2 models of 20th anny RG based on Rg 550 and 570
They both have the same specification as the original '87 Rg 550 except for paint job.
custom inlay would be fine too!
