Bad RGA Pot Turns Good (pics)

So I was disappointed with the pot on my RGA going bad. I brought the guitar across the river to Canada so my friend Jeff could fix it and set it up (his setups are second to none!) So we get to talking, I asked if he had anything cool for sale, he said he had a RG3120, but I wasn't interested. Then he said he had a 2610 that he'd sell me for $450 Canadian!!!!!!!!

Do you think I should buy it?

Your only choice is finding the most metal shred PU to put in there

Forget the crappy included pots in the RGA and just buy a RS Guitarworks super pot (if you're referring to the volume pot). Those things kick ass.

EDIT: Oh, and you'd be crazy not to buy that guitar then slap a Seymour Duncan El Diablo PU in there.

The Duncan in there is perfect. I didn't even plug the guitar in until Friday night at our gig and I was blown away!
