Buying a New Guitar
I want to get a prestige, all i want is a prestige with a double locking trem, humbucking pups single coil would be nice but i can sacrifice that, and a neck with 24 frets. I'm having trouble deciding, any suggestions?

Re: Buying a New Guitar
RG1570 is the basic prestigue RG with all you mentioned, the other RGs just have various functional or aesthetic additions.

+1 for the RG1570. Simple, straight forward and does the job.

Re: Buying a New Guitar
I think i might want to check out the RG2570. I hear guitar center isnt so good, some of their stuff is abused.

^^^^^^^
Ibanez' target market
Honestly mate, there are TONS of black Ibanez out there right now. I bet if you went into an Ibanez factory and swung around blindfold with a dart in your hand there is a 99% chance you'll hit a black guitar.
(The 1% will probably land you a jigsaw)

Re: Buying a New Guitar
i think the 1570 only comes in two colors the blue mirror and the red one, the 2570 only comes in vital silver... but the solid colors they´re not
prestige guitars
, dont know why, ibz should have made more solid color prestige, i like my GK 2550 nice finish, but i would like to have one in white !!!

Re: Buying a New Guitar
I like the new prestigue paint jobs but it would be good if they still made some guitars in solid so theyd still be around, I dont have any problem with buying an old one 2nd hand if i want another solid but it would be nice to be able to get a solid new prestigue.

I was thinking that too!!
the sparkly 1570's look pretty good, pictures of them don't really show the finish properly.
Be bold - don't buy a black guitar !!
