Can you identify this guitar?
I came across a beautiful ibanez and it's described as a "Custom" only. * Sorry haven't found a picture on the Web yet. *
It's a JEM shaped strat without monkey grip or lion claws.
purple
flamed maple
top with body binding.
has beautiful vine/leaves inlay and
neck binding
H/S/H with gold Lo Pro and gold tuners
2 gold knobs (spaced pretty far apart) and a 5way blade selector.
Any idea what is is? *What's the price range for this baby?

Can you identify this guitar?
Sounds more like an RGPR2...a limited-
production model
from the Prestige line. *There are a couple of other posts under the "USA Custom/J Custom" topic that might have some more info...

Sounds almost like an RGPR2, except for the vine inlay. * I believe the RGPR series had offset dots. *Also, the entire run of RGPRs was sold to Texas-area Guitar Centers. *While not impossible, it seems unlikely one would have gone to Hong Kong. *
If the body and neck binding is maple, and it's a neck-through, it's most likely an RG9670 in a custom color. *(Previously known as the JCRG4 and 5 I think.) * List is Y275,000, sells for 25% off of that. *That's the only RG I know of to have vines on it.

Thank you everyone
It looks like it was a 9670 but I see in Wanchai. * I search web but no information, it must be very new.
But so much money....more than JEM!! *Do you think it is worth it?

I am not Ibanez expert so don't know how many good Ibanez available. * There is really 2 Tom Lee stores worth visiting: TST (big) and Wanchai (small) but Tom sell at high price (only place in town!)
JEM BSB HK$14k
JEM FP HK$13.2k
JEM DBK
HK$9.7k
They sold JS
crystal planet
but it is still in TST store.

Can you identify this guitar?
G'day, Andy.
Gee! 16 big ones for a BSB! Expensive!
Yeah, no worries! I've been to their store in Kowloon. In fact. I was once there playing a JPM100P2 and some Japanese axes which we don't get to see here in OZ. Not bad!
I'm really hot about getting a J-Custom these days. If you walk into Tom Lee and see a guy with long hair checking out
Ibanez guitars
, that might be me. Come over and say hi.
