Different RG's for different markets.

Just wondering why the american market has 3550MZ and European 2550MZ ?

Why doesn't america have the 2550 and we the 3550MZ ?

I'm going to Germany soon and wanted to take a look at the 3550 but it's not
available, is the only difference the pickups ?

It's just weird, I can't find the 1550 in Europe only the 1570.

Seems that way, half the Ibanez guitars on this site don't feature in the UK cataloge!

Same with Aus, we get the rear end of the market but at least we get the new 3000s.

I don't understand it either, really. I mean fair enough, the Japanese market you can see there being loads of different models there, but as for the rest of the world, why??

I've looked on the japan Ibanez site and they get bugger all, not including J customs and 'extremes.'
