Future of AR3000?

I have wanted a prestige AR for a long time. Now AR3000 is discontinued and should I get one when it's still possible or should I wait for the replacement model, if there is one.
Does anyone know about the future of the artist line? I read all these posts about prestige line ending for good. Is there going to be a replacement in 2005?

Prestige line ending? Don't know where you read that, but, no replacement for the 3000.

so there won't be a prestige artist at all? is there gonna be a similar korean model?
I have noticed the ar3000 and ar300 have their neck joints differently. The AR3000 neck is set deeper into the body. That must make it sound beefier. it also looks more proportional.

get a prestige ar3000 or find a used ar2000... else other used MIJ one.

perhaps there will be a MIJ artists for the japenese domestic audience, but who wants to import one... not me... glen
