I've been waiting nearly two years to find a DY RG550 with matching headstock myself. They just don't come up used. I guess I'm happy to shout about me getting one, but everyone on here does when they get a new guitar. That's what you do when you celebrate. Surely you can't be denying me that pleasure?

I got lucky and found a '90 RG550 in LB locally a few days ago, it wasn't a killer deal price-wise, but I decided to grab it anyway since I doubt very many (if any) of the 1987 anniversary models will end up in Finland. If Ibanez had decided to produce more I probably would have waited, but this works for me just as well.

I hope that the anniversary models get sold really fast (and that everyone here who wants one gets one) so Ibanez might reconsider color schemes and fretboard materials for the 2008 lineup...

1: Take one RG2550 Prestige and put a maple board on it.
