Ibanez RG8670 J-custom owners- I need your help!

Hi, I'm new here- I basically registered here to ask this question, because it seems like the best place to get an answer.

I tried an Ibanez rg8670 about 2 years ago. It had the best neck I have ever played.

Of course, being an idiot, I waited too long before purchasing and they sold out.

I'm not too fussed on this year's j-customs- they're about £200 dearer, and aren't as nice, IMO.

So, what I plan to do is get a custom-built guitar, but try to get the neck similar to the RG8670- it'll work out cheaper anyway, and i can get it built entirely to my specs

So, my question is, what are the neck dimensions of the RG8670, to anyone who owns it (thickness at 1st and 12th fret, radius, etc., anything else you think would be useful)? I know the nut width is 43mm, but that's about it- it felt thicker than a jem or wizard neck to me (I have an rg470), but still pretty slim (slightly slimmer than a jackson dinky neck, too, i think)- and it was slimmer than the rg8570 neck that i also tried.

To tell you the truth, measurements wise on the RG8670 is the same as the wizard BUT the neck profile is completely different as it's got a bit of a assymetrical curve to it.

(I got two 8670s but I don't have my digital calipers anymore so my measurements are about as good as I can eyeball)

^ok, thanks, budd- you can disregard that pm i sent you asking about the measurements- i read your pm before i saw this

that'd actually make sense- it felt pretty slim, but felt a little wider at the edges...
