If Ibanez made YOUR signature model...

...what would it be? What would it look like? Hardware? Colours?

Photoshops are a must in this thread.

Cheers.

Re: If Ibanez made YOUR signature model...

Mahogany body
Flame maple top
8270 neck with binding and ebony
Basic AN/BZ/TZ setup
Transparent graphic finish designed by me (like an ART1 or JPM90) I'm not sure what it would be, probably something with an islamic art or escher feel to it, both were big on tessalations so it wouldn't be hard to find a good pattern
Matching headstock
Double edge pro

I would also have a seven string version in different colors with a maple board

A 7 string RGA with an Ebony top (a la s2170) with matching headstock, Evo/AN, ebony fretboard, no binding, stainless steel frets, Graphtech nut, locking tuners, all black hardware, 7 string Gibralta Plus bridge, no paint anywhere. Woot!

I've already got my signature model.

And just to be clear, that's not Photoshopped.

Re: If Ibanez made YOUR signature model...

Soon to become a project in progress, wizard II prestige neck left plain and bound, basswood bound body, packed with 3 evo's in white(not yet decided tho on the pups), monkey grip, edge trem or possibly lo pro and the volume, tone pots and switch selector will be white also but the scratchguard would be black.

Re: If Ibanez made YOUR signature model...

For me it would be easy. It would be basically an RG2610E but with a Dimarzio Tone Zone pickup and frets 20-24 scalloped. Everything else the same.

Re: If Ibanez made YOUR signature model...

Destroyer shape
wizard neck, 24 frets, reversed headstock
ebony fretboard, with my name written in runes as inlay
flamed maple top, evening glow colour
not sure about the hardware. i think gold wouldnt fit, so
id say black hardware.
modified ZR-trem (these trems break way too easy)
Thats basically it

Re: If Ibanez made YOUR signature model...

Flame maple top with mahogany body, volume/tone knobs would actually be the plain black ones seen on any black hardware ibanez as opposed to strat-style ones, pickups would be whatever Dimarzio pickup I favour by then, possibly D-Activators or D-Sonic/Air Norton, 5-way switch. If I was feeling fancy enough I'd get a piezo bridge too. If I was an endorsee and this was a production model I'd have red and blue flame colour options and optional edge pro 2 trem.
