J Custom wikipedia

I find it strange that there isn't one. I've never made a wiki page so I wouldn't know what to do, but I think someone should definitely make one. Anyone agree?

About opinions, I'd agree.

However, facts are facts. You can't deny that on RG770 from 1990 the bridge was Edge. This is a fact.

LoPro was better than Edge in term of stability? That's an opinion.

And for that, I guess that we'll just have to get some good and objective moderators.

you don't need a server, just someone who has the time and wants to sit down and write something.
The thing is I wouldn't trust 9/10 people posting here because most people here don't really know that much.

Every time there's a "can you ID this guitar" thread there are at least 10 people who don't know what the guitar is but still post and guess for the sake of it.

If a knowledgeable person wants to put in the time and effort into making a j custom wiki here's a starting point.

dex, we're not talking about a JC page on wikipedia. We're talking about setting a new wiki for Ibanez models/endorsees/etc etc
These things simply require dedication and work from the catalogs to words (This model, from year X to year Y, featured: .... on year X changed to .... bla bla. Photo.)

The wikipedia page on Ibanez is pretty damn comprehensive http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibanez

The J-custom link has yet to be written, but an Ibanez page is definitely on there and certainly satisfies ME

Okay. From what year did they manufacture the EDR series?
Does it say there? No, it doesn't. And frankly, I have no idea as well.

Let's get closer.. When did the SF470 turned to SC?
When did the SV470 turned to the SA series?
When did Ibanez started writing the series name on the headstock?

None of these are in the wikipedia page, and all these would be on the Ibanez-wiki page.
Or so I hope, if it all works out
