JCRG-1 - While I was away...

Seems that Ibanez DOES listen to what's posted on Jemsite! ('member darren?)

JCRG-1

Awhile back in the "comments to ibanez" forum I proposed that ibanez should make a nifty 13-pin out RG using the double-edge as the transducer for the MIDI/VG-8/88 fans out there who are die-hard ibanez fans. darren made some comments as well.

voila!

now all I need is $2K! Anybody want a minty mint RG520QSTK, an old ... I mean classic ... Kramer XL (aluminum neck baby!) or an echo Layla?

JCRG-1

Saw it on Rich's site under the NAMM stuff. He doesn't have any additional info at the moment. There's a second model (JCRG2) w/ tone chambers. Both have set necks. They both have "Roland MIDI", and after looking at the pics again, it looks like an internal GK-2a, not the Bridge like I was thinking. I'm still interested tho'....
