First of all, there could NEVER be a J-Custom shop in the US- the "J" in J-Custom stands for "JAPAN". A shop in the US would then be called a "
USA Custom Shop" which has already been made available to the public before. The expense of having such a custom shop making guitars for public consumption was simply not cost-effective, which would be why the output of said shop is now for endorsing artists only.
