Just received my new RG2550Z Quick/Important Question

On the headstock, on the wood colored part between the tuning heads and the painted part with the "Ibanez logo" there are 2 thick black lines cutting across the wood - I thought it was magic marker - but upon closer inspection it is the end of the seam where the dark wood lines on the back of the neck reach the top of the headstock. I'm assuming the darker wood lines on the back is where the multiple piece neck is connected.

My question is, is this normal or is this a flaw? Something I should send the guitar back over or not?

Btw - these necks are ridiculous - after playing a strat for years - I can fly on this neck.

It's normal. I think it's just hard for us to picture the neck wood extending out to the head like that - especially at that angle.

It's normal, my RG2550E has it too... and totally agree with the wizard neck.
