You could check Ibanez's website. That's the sort of information they they have up there.

If waiting days for responses (which may or may not be correct) on info you could get yourself in 10 minutes is more efficient for you, then you're right.

The other thing to remember is that the worldwide ranges differ. the UK gets stuff the US doesn't and vice versa.

Pooling of ideas and comments is supposed to be what Jemsite is all about. Maybe I've been gone too long?

No you haven't. My point, if it seems so out of place, is that it's silly to ask if you aren't at least looking towards a possible purchase, in which case you would likely do some homework yourself (or not), right? The original poster didn't mention that he'd done a forum search to see if this question had already been asked and answered, so I also assume he didn't do that (possibly wrong here on my part). Also, if you don't go the Ibanez website to look for yourself, (http://www.ibanez.co.jp/world/country/frame_uk.html) you won't know if someone who posts "There's the RG1550, too" is right or wrong. And with all due respect, there is no pooling of ideas here, just a request for facts readily available with a few minutes work.
My apologies to all offended.

You're quite right, I've properly embarrassed myself. I should have let the whole thing slip past without comment. When you start your "What color do Jems come in?" thread, that's what I'll do.
