Talking

my last ibanez prestige.....

2004 was a very nice year for me , i bought 2 guitars and make a very good deal with the last one !

i first bought an ibanez sa 1260 prestige in may ,i put dimarzio pickups on it , fast track 1 on neck , and pafpro on bridge .

then in november i felt in love with a cheap guitar :
the sa s32fmtl 2004 special edition, i put a dimarzio tone zone on bridge.

and last but not least , the last week a guy asked me if i was ok to give him my rg7620 (bought in 1999) and he would give me his brand new s 1625 tks prestige ....

you know what ? .....i said YESSSSSSSSSSS.....
the s 1625 is in mint condition , no scratches , nothing bad on it , like NEW guitar condition !

so here they are :

gorgeous guitars man, i love the s models. the one on the left... thats the cheapy one right? i saw those at guitar center and even though its supposed to be low end, i couldnt help but be seduced by the finish... and the playibility, well... it blew me away! better than my friends s470 actualy!

Re: my last ibanez prestige.....

I owned the guitar on the left (not THAT one) and I hated it. The fretboard was FLAT so it was awful for playing chords.
Wait... not the same one. The one I had was an SA360 Limited Edition

sure it really looks the same, was it a set-in neck too ?

i have no problem with the neck feeling!
i really like this guitar just like dylan7620 , i felt in love with it , it is just amazing for the price .

i was fed up with the 7 strings guitars , and i went back to 6 strings with the SA 1260 prestige,
i love the SA neck , and that 's why i went into this sa s32fmtl, to replace my rg7620 for live performance .

this sa s32fmtl is a really nice cheap guitar , i don t use the trem so it is locked, the set-in neck is very confortable, good sustain, not bad stock pickups( i already replaced the bridge pickup)!

very good value ;-)
