My RG2610E Prestige

I just got this in the other day, I absolutely adore it beyond words. In general I haven't been impressed with a lot of the newer MIJ Ibanez, but this one is a real gem. It sounds and plays amazing. The Duncan Full Shred surprisingly really kills in this guitar, it's really fat, punchy, and warm yet with plenty of bite and pick attack as well.

I love this guitar \m/

Sweet guitar! What did you pay for this, if you don't mind me asking?

It was $799.99 new w/ case. It's a 2007 model so it's on closeout now from dealers who still have them in stock. I believe originally they cost $999 or more.

Re: My RG2610E Prestige

Yes, the 2610 is a very nice guitar. Plays and sounds incredible. Have fancied getting one for quite a while but I can't afford it just now! Will need to wait... I actually like most of the Prestige RG range just now... would love a thru-neck model but too expensive over here!

How is the ZR bridge? Much improvement from the Edge-Pro?

Nice 7-string too!

Re: My RG2610E Prestige

Congrats, those are really nice. There's one around here for $699 that I've played a couple times and really like, but I'm just not 100% sure about a single hum guitar. Otherwise, I would have bought it already. I'm still considering it though.
