Neck finish - wizard prestige

Just wondering what the neck finish is on my RGA321F. I think it's a wizard & prestige (whatever that means!).

Is it oil finished or a sort of 'satin finish' laquer?

I just want to know so I can maintain it, if it's oil finished I'll use an appropriate oil (eg Danish, teak or tung oil); if it's laquer, maybe just a wipe with wax furnature polish.

The 'blurb' dosn't specify, and although it LOOKS like oil, it could be satin laquer.

Thanks

Satin lacquer (Poly) is correct.

You don't...

I would suggest Tru Oil, and buff down the shine. Tru Oil is easy to get and apply (in the US).

Re: Neck finish - wizard prestige

It doesn't require any treatment, just a clean once in a while with a std guitar cleaner/polish.
