Need help, no response from Jemsite???

Has anyone had trouble contacting Jemsite? I sent them an email using the contact under the classifieds to ask how to post pictures for my selling my RGT220A. I never heard back from them and now that I've posted it, and following the rules and regulations of leaving details, leaving contact information, and buy it price. Somehow there's something I'm either misunderstanding or someone made the mistake of stopping my ad saying something was wrong? When I again sent a reply to ask what and why and why I haven't heard from them about my prior inquiry. And still no word from anyone at Jemsite? Are they short staffed or who's suppose to be assisting members is slacking? I don't know what to think? Has anyone had any trouble?

we had 25 employees to handle such things, but had to get rid of 24 of them due to the recent downturn of profits generated in the free classified area. maybe C3PO is available to rent and to handle such inquries, since SEARCH is a difficult and complicated thing nowadays.

Thx., I think. Can either of you help to tell me what was wrong with the ad that it was stoped and given an infraction? If I've misunderstood or missed something, it was sincerely, unintentional, and I would like the chance to correct it and know what it was so that I won't make that mishap again.

The person who *responded to your post* was given the warning because his was inappropriate, and *his* post was deleted -- not yours. Your thread is still there.

Your only *violation*, if you will, is that you seem very unfamiliar with how the bulletin board works, and that you seem *barely* computer-literate. That's not a knock, just a head's up to suggest you educate yourself before you enter e-commerce.

You need to realize the Jemsite does not have a staff. It is owned by one person (Glen/Jemsite), who has a real full-time job *on the side*. And there's a small handful of moderators keeping an eye on what goes on here. They don't have time to respond to every question, especially those that have been answered previously.

Thx. Rich, thx. Glen. Eelblack2, I'm not sure if I follow. bpd111, I am very computer iliterate, and would love to find the time and best, easiest means of learning more.
Anyway, I had no idea Glen did all this on his own, it's so elaborate and professional, I just thought it must be a small company of contributors or volunteers, or something.
Well thx. again, sorry for my ignorance, and why anyone would have something derogatory to say to my ad, I don't know? Do any of you more experienced membors and moderators have any suggestions what might be offensive or anything about my ad that may need refinement?
