I'll admit... I haven't even played one and I feel like I MUST have it. Does anyone have any experience with this model? Also, does anyone know of a place in the South where I could actually play one? I'd drive within a 400 mile radius of Little Rock.

There VERY beautiful and well built guitars. The craftsmanship is better than any other Ibanez I've owned (And I have 6 Jems and another J-custom) The neck is smooth and the frets are super well dressed. I have the F-RS on a certain site going for way less than $3K. My F'ed up back has me selling off more of my gear to pay bills....for the 3rd time this year!! I would have listed it here but wasn't sure what to ask......people get offended if you ask for to much. I know,the price on a Jem 20th gets me crazy

Exactly. It's their top of the line guitar yet they skimp on the maple top? Seems crazy to me when they could look something like this:
