new guitar! but having some problems...
i got the ibanez rg2620 92005). first time i actually used it using my current setup (amp and pedals) was during one of my band's show (good thing we played first cuz tuning and minor setup took a while) neways, i noticed that my guitar squeels really bad when im close to my amp, it squeels out really high feedback. now, i had a LP w/ emg81 before and i never had this problems using the same set up and same level and everything. when i plug the ibanez i get some nasty feedback, especially when im facing my amp up front even though im 10 feet away. what could the problem be??? did i get a dud??? inow normally i have the level and gain and distortion at 12 o'clock. but to get rid of SOME feedback i turn those down, which isn't that great for me cuz now i can't hear my guitar (to my preferrence)
anyone has any suggestions??
