Is he against trems now? There's only one thing I like about it - the trans-red maple top.

As much as I love Ibanez guitars, i dont understand why he didnt stay with Jackson. His sig. Kelly was bad@ss. The star guitar looks like crap. Marty needs a new hair do and a new sig guitar.

He's always been against trems. He's said that Becker did most of the tremolo stuff on the Cacophony records. None of his Jacksons had them either, or a neck pickup for that matter.

The odd thing to me is that on his new record, some of the stuff sounds neck pickuped... i guess it's just EQ and filters... don't know why he's so against neck pups...

I didn't realize he never cared for trems. I love his music, but never really looked that closely at the guitars he played.

Yea, his new Ibanez sig guitar just isn't working at all. Those stars make it look cheap I think.
