OT: Guitar stores in Singapore?

I'm heading back in the summer and want to find a good place to get auxiliary gear (effects, picks, amps, straps etc.) and take lessons. I know a few of you guys here are also from the wonderful Lion City, so - know any good locations? I have absolutely no clue where to find respectable music stores in the area, and I'd appreciate it if some of you help me out here. Preferably in the CBD/central-ish area, as well.
