Also, note the sexy dual-JSX action !

I love that top picture man, pen in hand ready to write doen a tune or riff! They should use that in the Ibanez catalogue.
And I SERIOUSLY like that guitar, I think I might have to add a 121 to my collection on the basis of those picures alone!

Haha Tis a good job neither of them feature my ugly mug or else they definately wouldn't stand a chance of being in an Ibanez catalogue

Aye was at a band rehearsal in t'other guitarist's front room there, think we were messing with the structure of one of our songs or something so I was pen-at-the-ready.

Definately try out a 121, I can't sing their praises enough (mine's sitting in my lap as I type this hehe). Best way I can describe them is they've got the playability of RG, the comfort and contour styling of an S series, coupled with an aggressive raw sound and sustain of a fixed bridge guitar.

If you want a guitar for rhythm playing, or really really like to dig in with your pick (I seem to do this) then they're perfect. Mine was good with 9s but as soon as I put 10s on it I was in heaven, you can hit this thing and it just bounces back asking for more

I have always loved the RGA121 big-time. But have never got round to trying one out yet. Its a fixed-bridge, which is all I play now, arched top. Its just perfect for me. But at the moment, my RG2771 is doing just fine for me. As well as my RG421 as the backup. Those pictures do look sweet though, especially with the JSX's doing their thing in the back.

I'm really jealous of your RG2771 actually I hope one comes up on **** again sometime.

Same here really re: fixed bridges, I just don't miss a floating bridge at all now. I hope Ibanez carry on with the RGA line as personally I think its one of the best guitars they're introduced in a long long time.

I haven't seen one like this in here yet

2000 model S152O Prestige

Not the best pictures.. It actually looks a lot darker in person than it does in the pics.

The neck fretboard marker is cool

Re: Post pictures of your Prestiges or J-Customs...

After all the beautiful flamed tops and prestine J-customs guitars, I thought I'd post my battered and bruised Prestige RG1550.

Dimarzio Air Norton in neck, HS-3 in middle, Steve Special in bridge.

Sounds great, plays great and by hell it's still gonna have to endure alot more years of pain
