The one in the center is actually an IRG8470TB (Ishibashi exclusive model).

One of the nicest S series i have seen.


Lose the middle pickup and make it a 7 string and i'd buy it.

I imported it from the USA cause i couldn't be bothered waiting for them to come in stock in the UK.


It cost me about 1000 pounds which is slightly more than the european prices but mine was 2nd hand but essentially untouched and pristine. I basically overpaid the shipping to make sure it arrived in 1 piece.


Its tuned low F# B E A D G b e


the lowest string is a lower octave of your 2nd fret on the low E string. So you can get some mighty big chords in. It's brutal when you slap on a nice thick string on it. ( recently had an 85 gauge string on there.


Edit - I see Thomann's current price is 1070 uk pounds so its went back up a bit recently.
