Yeah, it and the one next to it are clones of Kotzen's horror movie guitars. I built 'em about three years ago, I think. Still working on the neck-through one. Gonna be a while on that one, tho. There's threads for both of them back there somewhere, though the pics probably aren't up anymore.

Thanks! There's better ones out there tho. But I was pretty happy with it. Maybe someday I'll do it again!

Yeah, I agree - I definitely liked some more than others, but my OCD demanded that I buy them all! My personal fave will always be Chop Shop.

There's several USAC graphics on the Bay, but the prices are unrealistic in this market. About double what they should be worth.

To be honest, My "screaming eagle" is, at worst, VERY low production. I've only ever seen 2 in my life and I own one of them. I think that realistic pricing for mine would be in the $700 to $900 range, but by these guys on the bay, maybe I should expect $2500-$3000??

I think they're actually educated seller's that are preying on uneducated buyers.......... They're using the "SUPER RARE" thing to lure in buyers that don't know that these are just glorified 700's. I agree that most are rarer than a standard 750, 760, or 770 but these guys are ridiculous. I just hope that they aren't successful. If I ever see that "chopper" go for the asking price of $2500 or more I'm gonna Sh*t myself.

The Surprise that's ending this morning has already gotten to be more than it's worth. Prices have really skyrocketed since Thanksgiving. I'm trying to get my J-C RG8520TB up as fast as possible. Some of the auctions I've seen recently have been laughable at best. I bought a very nice condition JEM77FP a few months ago for $1400 and in the last week, I've seen some totally beat guitars go for more than that. A very average 777DY went for $1825 the other day and I bet this Surprise ends up over $1200.

Surprise is one of my favorites and I've really been holding out for one with a reverse checkmark headstock and sharkfins. Sigh. Hopefully guitar prices come back down once the lunacy of the holidays ends.
