Problem with tuning stability on RG1802

I don't know exactly what causes this problem. For a few weeks now, my J-Custom RG1802 does not stay in tune anymore when I use my whammy bar. I own this guitar for four years now and I've never had to face this problem before... Can somebody tell me how I get back my tuning stability???
