RG 1570 neck shims?

Are there neck shims put in the new RG 1570's at the factory that make the neck angled? I can visually see the neck angled back on my 1570 and was wondering if this could be causeing the difficulties i am having setting up this guitar. thanks!

There are no shims, they're buiding it right into the pocket itself. If you pull the neck and measure you'll find a 1mm difference between the back of the pocket and the front.

Most of the bolt on guitars tht I own have this angle.It is common to many guitars.IF oyu look at an Epiphone Les Paulo, yo uwill see a more sever angle at the neck pocket.
