RG Custom Graphic and S-type found at GC Hollywood - Not too

It had a $699 price tag but i had to play it. I think it was called "Cats Eyes". Had a reverse headstock, black hardware, HB-SC-SC setup. It sounded and played great! Oh ya, it also had sharkfin inlays.
This S series custom had a $3299 price tag and hung up way further from my arm's reach. It was out of either mahogany, gold hardware, and a really weird/wacky/spacy abalone inlays on the fret board. Anyone know more info on either of these guitars?

If the S had a 'fabric' top it's probably the new JCS with Rolland Midi. List is $3299 so it would seem the only fit.
