RG Prestige Tuning Stability

Just over a month ago I bought a brand new RGT320Q from the local store. It's an absolutely beautiful guitar with amazing tone. I have set it up according to ibanezrules' tech section with a set of 9-46 strings. When I first got it the tuning stability was great. I could dive and pullup as much as I wanted. However, now, a month later it has significantly degraded. I can still dive as much as I want, even making the strings completely loose but when I pull up even the slightest amount all the strings go sharp, some as much as 30 cents.

I have made sure that the knife edge is perfectly in line with the body, that the strings are stretched out, the springs are well worked and that everything is locked down firmly. So none of these seem to be the problem. So having gone through these steps, I took out the trem by removing the springs on the back, keeping the springs on. I then cleaned it and put it back in. Same problem. So I've run out of ideas other than maybe there's something wrong with the knife edges. Now I read in ibanezrules' tech section that this problem fits the description but after looking at the knife edges I just don't feel making confident making a call on them. First off, should they really be going flat on a guitar that I've only had for 5 weeks playing a couple hours every day? Second, I saw on the ibanezrules' page that sharpening them yourself voids the warranty. So would this problem be covered under warranty and should I take the guitar back to the store?

I've included a couple pictures of the straight edge. The round one doesn't seem that worn.

Have you tried chapstick?

There seems like something is wrong with that knife edge...

I tried some silicon based lubricating wax as it was the closest thing to chapstick that I had. It worked for all of 5 minutes before I assume wearing off and the identical problematic behavior returning.

This is why Ibanez needs to start using ball-bearings. They do it on the ZR, so why not the Edge Pro?
