rg1570 in electric blue? prestige wizards, handle 010?

anyone seen them before? There are even cosmo blue and zine blue for rg1570! pretty suprising, always thought the older ones(refering to ep ones) only have mirage blue/red, royal blue and silver.

and

can prestige wizards neck handle 010 gauge strings? i have yet to try them, but from what i heard and see on forums, it seems to be very thin and im really afraid putting 010 gauge on them. afraid it will ruin the neck in a long run . . .

And i heard an article on jeff beck, they said jeff beck was intially using very light strings until hendrix told him that, that are sissy strings, and he went up to 010 and heavier. They also say most pro use 010. I am pretty sure its from guitar mag or guitar tech mag. Thats the excalt reason, why i dump my 0.08 and slowly went 010, wonder how true is that, hmm

Why do you think that 10's would "ruin the neck"? The neck is still reinforced with a trust rod and the 5 piece necks are that much stronger. Heck, you can use 11s or 12s on a Prestige neck if you want.

Well, I was originally a classical guitar player, and actually a les paul user as well (if you count copies as one). I seen a wizard II, it seem so thin and scary, ruler is how i will describle it. I really cant imagine how those neck can take tension from 010 in a long run. Will it face warp or whatever? I am really scare. Yeah maybe its me, but comparing my lp copy and wizard II, the difference is pretty insane, so i have this mindset of wizard neck being fragile

With a few minor adjustments .10's will be fine. If you doubt the information you'll get here stop in at your local music store (Ibanez dealer) and ask too.
If you still question it, then stick to your "baseball bat" neck LP wannabe!

BTW, I used 11s on an Ibanez PGM100 I used to own for about 4 years. I never had a problem with the neck. I also use 10s on my PGM301 and have not had any problems with it either.
