RG1570MRB- Having custom inlays installed

I'm eventually going to buy a RG1570MRB and I am thinking of having pyramid inlays installed and having the top four frets scalloped like my Jem. I have a few questions though. First of all, who should I send it to to have the inlays installed and the top four frets scalloped? What color should the pyramid inlays be(or color combo)? And, if I have pyramid inlays installed, will the neck need a re-fret? I'd appreciate it if someone could answer these questions because I want to get a good idea of what I'm going to do.

By the time you have the inlays routed and new frets installed, you could have bought a used JEM.

My advice would be leave the guitar as is and play it, or sell it and buy a JEM.

I haven't bought one yet, and you're right, it might end up costing as much as a used jem after it's all said and done. I'll probably just buy it and leave it. But, I'd still like any input that you guys might have, because I still am thinking about doing it. If I was to get a used jem(which I want to be in mint shape), it would cost me $1500+. That's a little too much for me to spend.
