Did anyone else notice that the Japanese Ibanez website has all the 2005 J-
Custom models listed as being labelled for end of production?? (2005 models being the RG8270, RG8170 and the RG8127).
I know the the RG8270 is being phased out and replaced with the RG8470 and I'm assuming the RG8170 will basically return as the RG8570 with 8170 neck specs, but I'm wondering what's up with the RG8127? Are we finally going to get a J-Custom 7 string with a matching headstock?? (the RG8527 and JCRG7VV/DBK never came with matching headstocks either if I recall correctly)
I guess there's more J-Customs coming than what was leaked through Ikebe. (I'm predicting for a RG8370 and a RG8327 which would be the 2005 models with the new 2006 features. ie. titanium reinforcement and 'velvet touch' necks)
