Re: RGA Users Unite!

I'd trade you my TKF, the Transparent Black version of the RGA121 for that natural, i was planning on stripping the paint anyway, but with that natural, i'd have it already done.

Re: RGA Users Unite!

I've had my rga121 for 4 days now... I was instantly in love with it, I thought it was an awesome guitar. after jamming and adjusting and getting used to it, I think this is just the most perfect guitar Ive ever played- absolutely perfect for me. here is a pic

Re: RGA Users Unite!

Hey, does anyone notice that the frets on the RGA121 are really high? I've never owned a guitar with big frets before (I think these are Jumbo are they not?) and I find that they act almost like speed bumps on the top two or three strings due to their hight.

This high fret thing is the one and only thing I can say is not perfection on this guitar though I'm wondering if it's normal or if I my guitar just has strangely high frets. If it's just the way jumbo frets are then there really isn't a problem at all - I'll just have to get used to it like anything else.

Hard case was included. I got it off evilBay. Sorry! There have been some good deals on there lately on RGA 121s. Keep an eye out!

I don't have an RGA121 myself but I felt the same way when I played a guitar with jumbo frets the first time. You'll probably get used to it sooner than you think, and chances are that you don't want to go back to medium/vintage sized frets anymore.

^Yeah, my LP has a fat ass neck and small frets so going from that to this RGA with wizard neck and jumbo frets sure is a change.

They sound great!
The guitar did have to get routed a little for them to fit and there was plenty of space for the battery

My RGA121 arrived today, and I can't put it down. It is so much fun to play. I got it from Evilbay for $600 shipped. It has SD JB in the bridge and SD Jazz in the neck position. I play it straight through a Peavey 5150 head. And the sound puts a big smile on my face. I love this guitar. The Strat, RG550 and the Jem7vwh are going back to their cases and under the bed.

Cool, I'm really digging that unique wood pattern. The RGA really is the best damn guitar I've owned.
