RGA Users Unite!

I own 3 RGAs, RGA121NTF, RGA321SPB, and a RGA121TKF, all of which i am obsessed with! I love the way these guitars feel, sustain, and pretty much everything about them! I've always loved the idea of an RG with a hardtail, i've had my fair share of rg's with trems, but as i've gotten older, i've been prefering simplicity over everything, so i dont need an edge anymore, and boy these guitars go beyond my expectations and then some. Does anyone else own or plan to own an RGA series guitar? State your 2 cents!

I've got an RGA121VLF and it is easily my favorite guitar - I'm right there with you on the simplicity thing. I'd still love to get my hands on an RGA321FSPB.

I have an RGA121NTF and it is awesome. Best fixed bridge I've ever used. My other Ibanezes, while great, are lacking attention. I'll likely buy a RGA121VLF as well. I'm not that much into the black version although I AM hypnotized that they are only $650 on MF right now. I'm temped to buy one and sand the black off. Great guitars. I'd love to see Ibanez make the RGA in AAAAA flame and/or AAAAA quilt top versions with natural or stained brown or tiger eye.

I have an RGA121NTF and 2 RGA321FSB's (selling one of them). Excellent guitars... other than PGM's and an ESP Mirage I just got, I don't think there's a faster playing guitar on the plantet!

Re: RGA Users Unite!

I have an RGA121 and I LOVE it.

It's the first guitar i've ever played/owned that really fits me well. I can play better on this guitar than any other guitar, it's perfectly balanced, comfortable to wear and with the pup setup at the moment (Breed neck, D-Sonic bridge) it sounds -awesome-.

I want to own every RGA model at some point, I'm absolutely dying for them to bring out a JC RGA.

YEAH!

If they ever bring out a J-Custom RGA, I'd buy one!! (Provided it comes with the J-C neck profile and heel joint)

I hope they do a JC model RGA as well but without the vine inlay. A guy can dream, can't he?

Very nice, very Matt Bachand-ish (Shadows Fall)

I love the RGA's, just never got round to trying one.....yet.

Re: RGA Users Unite!

I'm thinking of buying one - I was going to get an RGT but I like the feel of the RGA prestige. How are the stock pickups on the RGA121?

Not that great by all acounts.

I can safely say that 9/10 on here would swap them out for DiMarzios or the like. And this would make a vast improvement to an already great guitar.
