RGA121 Set up help

Hey all. Great web site. I've always had stratocasters and just got my first Ibanez, When bending on the E or B string on the 14th fret or higher the thing just notes out. Not happy at all. Do you think if I raise the bridge up it would help ? This can't be the design of the wizard profile neck. Any advise . Thanks in advance

First check the neck relief and adjust the truss rod if necessary, then raise the bridge on the treble side a tiny amount.

OK I checked the string height on the last fret on both the E strings. It was way low. I play heavy and do a lot of 2 step bends. Adjusted both ends to 2mm and all I can say is this guitar is a keeper. Sounds really sweet into my blues jr relic straight.
