I'm asking if anyone has some experience with this one?

what is reasonable price for S5400NT with Good Condition?

Does it have comperable quality to JEM or is it way better both finish and sound?

Well JEMs are rare here in Poland as much as J-Customs ;] I played few times but only for couple minutes. It is wounderfull instrument, however I read that it has weak acouctic sound [unplugged] compered to other high-end guitars.
I didn't have chance to check this, but next week I will be comparing Face-to-face 7VWV vs S5400NT vs JCRGT1. I'm sure either would be a step up from Prestige RG2550ex.

Can any one describe what is actual difference between 1pc 3pc 5pc neck?
It's about sustian, tone or both?

I think the difference between 1pc, 3pc and 5pc is the tension they can resist, so the 5pc is the strongest of those three.
As for the quality of the guitars, I think only the JCRG will be a step up (unless the S is also a JC because I donīt know) than the Jem and your prestige rg, but the least you can expect is that all of those play awesome.

S is not only JC, its the most expensive Ibanez ever, it was sold for 4000$ new.

Of course, previously the GB2KMSQ at $8000, currently the GB30 at $13.3. [The highest S being the SHGRG1Z at $5333]
