Scans of USAC Dealer Sheets

Okay, guys, I need some help. I had a TON of IBZ pics on my hard drive, some of which I backed up, and some I hadn't. Said drive is now toast, and I'm trying to put some of my archive back together the hard way. Somebody around here had a scan or jpg of an old USAC dealer order sheet that showed some of the custom graphics models that weren't in the regular catalogs. Could someone post that pic or e-mail it to me? Parts of it are on the IbanezRegister site, but I'm looking for the full pic.
